The City of Copperhill Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a Public Hearing during its regular monthly meeting on:

Location: Copperhill City Hall, 160 Main Street, Copperhill, Tennessee

The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ordinance No. 10‑20‑25‑00, an amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment would:

• Permit R‑2 (Residential) uses in the C‑2 (General Commercial) District;
• Recognize existing residential dwellings located in the C‑2 district as conforming uses;
• Reaffirm that commercial uses remain the primary purpose of the C‑2 district.

Copies of the full text of the ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
