Copperhill Utilities Service Agreement

Visit City Hall to set up your water and sewer service. Bring a valid government ID and proof of residency (a rental lease or proof of purchase of property.) 

A non-refundable connection fee applies in the amount of $135.00 for renters and $75.00 for home owners and commercial property owners.

You can view and print the water and sewer agreement and bring with you to City Hall to expedite the process.
